Steps to Download HPCET 2024 Admit Card

1.) Visit the official site of Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) :- Click Here.

2.) Then in What’s new section just below the main menu bar of HPTU website click on :- Click here to download the Admit card of HPCET 2024 or You can select this link of Click here to download the Admit card of HPCET 2024 on Events section given on right side of home page.

3.) You will now be directed to login page to download admit cart of HPCET 2024 examination. You can also view demo video about how to download admit card. By entering your User Id and Password click on login button. It will open your profile with information about your application from, your application detail etc.

4.) Click on ‘My Admission Details‘ menu and you will see various options like

Application status,
Print Application,
Edit Application,
Print Admit Card
View Result.

You have to click on Print Admit Card to download admit card of HPCET 2024.

5.) You e-admit card will appear on screen where important information like Date of Exam, Time of Exam, Examination Hall Entry time, Examination Centre etc. along with Important Instructions for Entrance Examination.

6.) Click on “Print” button given at the end of your e-admit card. You can now download pdf of HPCET 2024 admit card. You can print a hardcopy of this admit card from your near by photostat shop or you have printer then you can print a copy of your admit card yourself.

Important Instructions For Entrance Examination

Candidates are provisionally permitted to sit for the entrance examination, subject to the condition and with the understanding that their candidacy may be cancelled if they are found ineligible at any stage of fail to meet the prescribed minimum eligibility criteria.
Candidates are allowed entry into the examination hall upon the presentation of roll number slip/admit card issued by the university. Access to the examination hall will strictly adhere to the scheduled entry time.
Candidates are instructed to refrain/avoid (“NOT TO BRING“) from bringing the water bottles, car keys (remote), chain, any mobile phone/pager/wrist watch/ring wallets/ladies purse, calculators or any electronic device including envelope of the admit card into the examination hall. Those found with these items will not be allowed entry. The examination centre will not be liable for the safekeeping of candidates’ belongings, who must arrange for their own outside the examination centre. However, candidates must bring their original AADHAAR CARD as photo ID for the verification.
Marking and writing on admit card is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to unfair means or remove pages from the question booklet will result in immediate expulsion from the examination.
Copying and writing down questions in any form is strictly prohibited.
Kindly use only blue or black ballpoint pen to shaded/darken the appropriate circle/oval on the OMR answer sheet.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the part-I of the prospectus (information broucher), paying close attention to examination pattern and marking methodology. Additionally, it is recommended that they carefully read the instructions provided in the question booklet
Please ensure that you submit your OMR answer sheet and the admit card to the invigilator before exiting/leaving examination hall. However, candidates are allowed to keep the carbon copy of their OMR answer sheet.
While contacting this University for further correspondence, kindly quote your admit card/ roll number. The result of entrance examination will be posted on the University official website notice board.
